Do your products come with batteries?
Yes
 
How do I activate the screen black (video mute) feature?
Ensure the unit is set to K/B mode. When you want to activate the screen black feature, press the right side of the navigation pad. It's marked with a white rectangular-shaped symbol.
 
Where is the Frequency Search button on the Voyager L6?
The Frequency Search button is located on the underside of the L6. You must remove the wireless USB transmitter to get at it. The button is recessed into the unit so you will need a pen or stylus tip to press it.
 
Does the Voyager L6 come in colors other than black?
No
 
What are the main differences between the Voyager L6 and L4?
The L6 comes equiped with a green laser pointer and the L4 comes with a red one that displays 5 different icons. The L4 also features a timer function with vibrating alarm, the L6 does not. A feature unique to the L6 is a micro SD card slot located in the USB receiver. A user can insert a micro SD card containing presentations or other data.

Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Travitek products come with a 1 year limited warranty.  For more information please read our warranty policy.
 
I lost the USB receiver for my L4/L6. Can I get another one?
Yes.  Go to our Replacement Parts page to order a new receiver.
 
My presenter seems to have power but I cant control the mouse/keyboard/media functions on my computer.

Your presenter may have lost contact with the USB receiver.

  If you have a Voyager L4 unit:
  1. Plug the wireless USB receiver into an available USB port
  2. Press the Connect Key on the wireless USB receiver. The Status LED will start flashing. If the frequency search is not complete within one minute, the Status LED will stop flashing.
  3. Remove the battery from the L4
  4. Press and hold the Power/Mode button while reinstalling the battery. While installing the battery, the LCD screen will light up for one second then go out.
  5. Release the Power/Mode button after the LCD screen goes out. The Status LED will go out at the same time.
  6. The wireless transmission is reset and the L4 is ready to use.
   
  If you have a Voyager L6 unit:
  1. Plug the wireless USB receiver into an available USB port. Press the Connect key on the wireless USB receiver and the Status LED will start flashing.
  2. Press the Frequency Search button on the controller.
  3. The wireless transmission has reset when the Status LED stops flashing.
  4. The L6 is ready to use
