All purchases made on Travitek.com are covered by the following terms, conditions and policies. If you have any questions regarding our products or company, or need additional information on the status of your order, please contact us weekdays from 9am to 5pm CST at 800.368.6132 or via email.
Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the sale of products by Travitek on www.travitek.com. By accepting delivery of the products described on the invoice, customer agrees to be bound by and accepts these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at Travitek’s sole discretion.
The travitek.com website accepts orders from customers in the United States and Canada only. For customers in other parts of the world, please contact Travitek via phone or email. We reserve the right to limit or cancel sales at our sole discretion. Travitek makes every effort possible to ensure that all information is accurate on our website and literature; however, we make no warranty - express or implied - regarding the accuracy of the information provided.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed with any product purchased on travitek.com. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with any Travitek product, you may return it within 30 days for a complete refund, credit or exchange. Our support staff will be happy to assist you in determining whether there is another Travitek product which might be a better fit for your needs.
Please be aware that you must obtain a Return Authorization number from Travitek before returning any products to us. Please contact our customer service department at 800.368.6132, Option 1 or via email to obtain an RMA number.
If you purchased your Travitek product from any source other than travitek.com, you may not return this product directly to Travitek. Please contact your seller for details on their policies covering returns and exchanges.
Payment Terms
Travitek accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express and there are no credit card surcharges imposed by Travitek. Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped. We also do not save your credit card information unless you request us to, when placing your order. Credit card charges are be based on U.S. dollars. International credit cards are not accepted. Orders are not binding upon Travitek until accepted by Travitek. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Delivery Terms
US shipments only – Orders received by 3PM CST will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on product availability.
If your order is received after 3PM on Friday shipment will occur the following Monday or next business day.
If your order is received after 3PM on a holiday or the day prior to a holiday, shipment will occur the following business day.
Canadian shipments – Orders will be shipped only after verification of shipping charges, per shipping policy below. Travitek is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping: Fees, Taxes, Duty and Address
Travitek will collect shipping fees and all other taxes associated with all orders sold and shipped on travitek.com.

| We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. Military bases. | |

| We will call or e-mail you if your "Ship To" and credit card "Bill To" addresses are different or if a P.O. Box is the credit card address. |
Title and Risk of Loss
Title passes to customer upon pick-up from Travitek’s warehouse dock and customer retains risk of loss from that point forward.
